Calendar cards 2022
This is my own project that I designed in illustrator, printed and cut out on my schools cutting table. I thought it was a perfect project to do at the start of a new year and the idea is that these miniature calendar cards can be put up anywhere you want to see them. They are printed on uncoated paper to give them a nice texture.
Cutting
My school has a Kongsberg cutting table so I constructed a cut file to tell the machine where I wanted it to cut and it followed it nicely.
Drawing
After cutting them out I hand drew different shapes on each month to give them some *spice*. The reason I didn’t do this in illustrator when I designed the calendar structure, is because I liked the idea of each card being unique. Calendars are easy to replicate, but these are one of a kind.
