Here is an example of an article ad I did that was printed in Privata Affärer. It was important that it matched the content of the rest of the magazine. So my job was to fix the typography, choose a quote to enlarge in the text and do the layout (placement/size of pictures and how the text would flow). When I was done it was sent to the client so they could give feedback and when they were satisfied it was sent to be printed. So my job was also to make sure the document had the right ICC-profile and that the pictures had enough PPI.

When I fixed the typography I made sure the rows looked even by tracking the text and hyphenating. I also made sure no words were left alone on a row and that the page didn’t look empty if there was to little text to fill it out.
